Informe de Vise " Observación"

C.- Sala de clases

1. Tipo de mobiliario:
Bancos individuales, estantes.

2. Calidad de mobiliario :
Algunos en buen estado otros por renovar

3. Colorido, ventilación, tamaño:

Claro, buena ventilación y tamaño adecuado.

4. Distribución de los alumnos:
Por filas, 40 a 45 por sala.

5. Ubicación de la pizarra, horario, diario mural, botiquín:
Todos están ubicados adelante de la sala.

6. Organización del curso :

Los alumnos están sentados por un varón y una dama, ellos tienen niños encargados semanalmente de las llaves del estante y cursos más grandes tienen su directiva para organizar actividades para obtener dinero para el fin de año o bien tiene una cuota fija, además la directiva se encarga de dar informes importantes que ocurren en el establecimiento, como talleres y campeonatos deportivos.

Computadores, juegos para niños de pre-básica, mesas de pin-pon, pizarras magnéticas, dominós, libros de cuentos, biblioteca.

Se solicita en el CRA ( biblioteca), sala de enlaces.

Bueno.

Por el ministerio y compras por el director.

1. Organización de las actividades escolares:
Se planifican por departamentos conjuntamente con el Equipo Directivo.

2. Proyecto Educativo Institucional
“Su finalidad es manifestar públicamente el compromiso de servir a la sociedad y la Iglesia como Institución Educativa Cristiana enraizada en la realidad social de nuestro país y en la cultura de nuestro tiempo. Este debe ser emanado de una educación integral, que permita promover y facilitar el crecimiento del alumnado en todas sus dimensiones: Biopsicológica, social y Transcendente. La dimensión Biopsicológica intenta promover en el alumnado el descubrimiento y desarrollo de sus facultades físicas, cognitivas y afectivas, con el fin de formar integralmente su personalidad. 3. Proyecto JEC:
Sí, tienen el proyecto, la enseñaza media, séptimos y octavos, se encuentran en otro establecimiento y están con jornada completa de este año, para el próximo año los cursos más bajos partirán con la jornada completa, una vez que se haya construido los comedores.

4. Reglamento de evaluación:
Los instrumentos evaluativos se elaboran por Objetivos especificando al ponderación respectiva para cada uno de ellos (en porcentaje o puntaje). Ejemplo, pruebas escritas u orales: puebas objetivas ( de opción simple o múltiples, términos pareados, verdadero- falso, ordenación de secuencia, asociación, completación,…); pruebas de respuestas guiadas; prueba de libro abierto; prueba mensual para resolver en casa; cuestionarios, etc.

5. Reglamento interno (Manual de Convivencia Escolar)
Los derechos de los Alumnos:
>Articulo 1: ser éste un colegio confesional, vivir activamente su dimensión religiosa Católica, optada por la familia al elegir el colegio, participando de la Pastoral de su nivel y celebrando la fiestas religiosas que el colegio organice.
Artículo 2: Ser tratado con respeto y ser escuchado por sus profesores y demás integrantes de la comunidad escolar.
Artículo 3: Estudiar en un ambiente de sana convivencia, donde se respeten sus diferencias individuales.

November 27th, 2009

Today is my latest day´s practice and I was very pained. My idea was discharge me when the class finish, but in the first hour the 4-C had to make a test of mathematic so I couldn´t talk with them about of my discharge only told with somebody and they didn´t want that I go out, well I told them that I come back to take a photos to remember everybody. In the brake I was in teacher´s room where I knew that this day the children have to bless theirs christmassy crowns that made the last week so that, after brake the children had to find theirs chairs and transport to the yard so my guide didn´t be there because she had to go out with her course 3-C to a farm in Con-Con for this reason I had to that take care the students of 4-B, well I helpped to organise theirs chairs, them everybody were there of kinder to 4 basics and everybody had theirs crowns, then came a priest where he explain who is Maria and his angels showed for girls students dressed like angels and Maria, were very beautiful, the parents of kinder could enter to see the benediction, later the students raised theirs crowns so the priest with sheets of vegetable blessing with bless water the children were very happy for it well the day was hot and they enjoyd this. I like it very well, it was very interisting. But I couldn´t discharge with them too, so I told them that take care themselves that make theirs homework that I gave them and I come back next week to discharge and take photos, they didn´t want I go out to always, and they told me that they want see me the next year, for me would come back enchanted. Finally I couldn´t see the finish because I had to go to university for take oral test of English, the children were very lovely with me and the inspector of the school took care them. I was very pain for go out.

November 26th, 2009

I was with course 4-C, we had to revise the homework of book but almost students not made this, so I had to write in theirs agend a negative annotation, then the teacher tried showed a film in internet but couldn´t show it. The students were interested for watch a film on laptop and not work but it will be the next week. When finish of class I discharge me of my teacher because she won´t come, she have to go to farm in Con-Con with her course 3-C. So I told her that I go very happy for the oportunity of participate in her class and for all that I learned of her and I had a great time with the students so she said that if I need some help, I will call her to something, this is an excelent idea.

November 19th, 2009

The children of 4-C were very disquiet, but worked very well and always they know that can ask me when have a doubt so I walked about classroom and they raise theirs hand and I go there. I remember the students were timid with me so only some asked me for a doubt, and now all students asked me, today I could see this, they called me to help them, for me it is very interesting.

November 13th, 2009

Yesterday, began Maria´s the month so they have to pray and sing before of enter in the classroom. It was beautiful see as the students know the lyings and everybody sing with respect and every classroom have a figure of the virgin on a table. The students know why is the virgin there, and school there is the big virgin with a lot of flowers.

November 12th, 2009

Today, one student had a accident in his hand so he couldn´t write for this reason I had to help him. This boy is a few disquiet so I sat inside him and I wrote the exercises late he told me the answer, he worked very well, he understood it and he was happy, but the others students smiled of him because he couldn´t do disorder, so the boy not worried for that and he was happy because learned as make the excersis.

Today was normal, the students of both courses were happy and workers so in 4-C there is a boy that when the exercises are difficult he always worry for it and he feels pain so today they did a mathematic test and the students finished their test before of time but he couldn´t understand the questions and he cried so I had to talk with him and I explained that he had to calm and read carefully to understand the exercesis but the boy always cry when not understand anything this is because the student is very cared in his house and we have to explain all as he has to his exercises, but he is a good child and very polite.

In this class, the students got a good behave exception two boys, these boys didn´t want to work with theirs guides and one boy feigned sleep on table and other boy asked why they have to do it if didn´t want to work, I told them about theirs behave but only one boy understood though not finished his exercises while that others students were working and asked me when had doubts.

November 04th, 2009

Today, I was with other courses, 3ºB and 3ºA.
First, I was with 3ºB, they´ve just known me so they were happy because I was with them. These students are very disquiet, in a some time, I had to solicit theirs attention and solicited that worked with exercises. They know that can solicit my help as other students so these students aren´t timid and are confidented with me. I was with them about one hour with thirty minuts, until break.

In other course, 3ºA, they didn´t know me before, but they´ve seen me in the breaks,so when I entered in the classroom I was without my guide and the students were very disquiet and didn`t worry for meet me so I had to ordered them, solicited silence to greet them. During the class, miss Milsa help me that write in the blackboard a sentences and explain it. It was all ok, more later, miss Milsa had to go out the class for about a problem with a little girl of her course(3ºB) because some girls formed a group contrary to Mailyn, but this girl was very strong and didn´t bad for it, while I was with the students, reviced the exercises with them, but after I didn´t nothing that do, but I had to do something so began I told why I was there and they began asked about me, later explained them that I was studing pedagogy in English so I did a little class until came back my guide, she was agree with me and smiled. It was very interesting and I was excited.

This day was changed for the next Wednesday, because I had to go to dentist with my little daughter with authorization of the school.

October 29th, 2009

This day was very hot so the children intered inmediataly to theirs classroom, because regularly the students are formed in the yard and they song and do a praye before of inter to the classroom.
Well,today I had to inter alone, whitout my guide, the teacher Milsa, so the children greeted me before that I did it, it was a surprise for me.
Today the students worked with their guide of reading and grammar in their the last pages so they were more disquiet that other days specialy a child that regularly he is disquiet but with me he wasn´t until now. I tried of helpt to him and told with him but he didn´t work all their guide.

October 23th, 2009

When I intered in the classroom of 4°C, the students were more polite to greeting me that the last week so they remembered that I sad about respect.
In this class, they continued working with a guide of reading and grammar and the children are more confident in ask me how much times be necessary.

October 22th, 2009

Today, in the course 4°C, the students looked me, but they didn´t talk until that I had to say to them that we have to greeting and have to be quiet.

Today, we revised a homework, but anybody did it. About the teacher was a lot of energy, the class was very active and in general everybody participated in this activity. Then, they worked with other guide that only work in the class and they can´t to bring to their home. Here, I can participate because they need my help and I explain about their doubts. Do it, I like a lots, because I can help them and I see that they understand me.

Today, the teachers had a go out as gift for the teacher´s day so in the school didn´t have classes as in my university.

October 15th, 2009

Today is the theacher´s day so this was a special day, because the two hours had class and the children sat down with their the best classmate. My guide, miss Milsa, received somethings of gift and I too, the children are very loving. After theses two hours, the teacher had a show to them and photos very funny, but I couldn´t be in this presentation, because I had to travelled to university.

October 09th, 2009

I´ve been more of a month with these children and I feel that they are polite with me and they know that can give my help.
In the 4°C, I give them the fotocopies of reading and grammar, after that they finish these ejercises I had to revise theses with everybody and they answer me very well, it was participated for all them.
In second hour, I intered alone in the classroom, I was stopped in the front of them to greeting but anybody weren´t quiet so I had to talk about the respect that had to them have with everybody that be in front of them and between them too. They listened me and understood me.

October 08th, 2009

To day in this course of 4°C, we revised the homework of the book, but any children didn´t have their homeworks so I have to that solicit their notebook to write them in it.
When the children are in brake, they can play pin-pon, there are two pin-pon´s tables, but these are used for the course that be the best formed in their files. In this brake there is a radio directed for students of 4° basic and they say the most important news of the school, as activities, deports, etc. It´s very interesting see these children that are organised with their programma because they are little students.

1.- Summarize the proposals (3 at least) that every candidate to the presidency of Chile has done in terms of education. Also, mention the economical source where the candidate is getting the Money for financing his proposals. You have to provide the source of your information.

Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle, his proposal about terms of education is change quality of the teachers of public and private schools, with the best formation in knowledge and values so the PSU´s pointing will augment to enter in the public and private universities to that the people that enter will be able to the best vocation. Other proposal is criticise academic programme and augment the wages of the teachers. (www.efrei.cl)

Abour Sebastián Piñera, his proposal is reward to the best schools with furniture or culture go out. Other propasal is put in the schools younger directors. To the teachers will have a evaluation for each three years passed. And the last proposal is in the public education will be over responsability of the mayors. Well about his financing to proposal is for himself that pay his proposals. (www.pinera2010.cl)

Marco Ominami, proposal is augment wages to the teachers and reduce the work´s hours, reduce the quantity of students in a classroom and realice a the best retirement to the teachers. Marco Ominami get the money across of donations in banks (account current).(www.marco2010.cl)

Well, about the Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle, I think that your proposal is better than other people because he wants a solution more real and this is a good begin to have in the future the best teachers with a selection more carefully.

About Sebastián Piñera, I think that his proposal is not much real because the solution has to from the students of pedagogy and change the PSU´s pointing to enter at university and change academic programme. I belive that the change has to be of it base.

3.- Add your own proposals to improve the quality of Chilean education. Consider the financial support as well.

I think that to improve the quality of Chilean educatio have to begin for the origen that are the students of pedogogy, first change academic programme for example add a psicology test to future students plus PSU, so worry about public school where the director will be able to give his own valuation about behaviour of the teachers to have in school a profesional staff.

Workshop nª1 "Back to school"!!!

b. Location: Quilpué.
c. Approximate number of students: 300 students app.
d. Approximate number of teachers:30 teachers app.
e. Number of classrooms: 15 classrooms.
f. Use of space:The classroms are smale, because there are a lot of students,about 40 students for course, the gymnasium is big and library too. there three garden and the colour is clear.
2. How long does it take you to get there?It`s about 15 or 20 minuts.
3. Does your school have a particular characteristic that makes it different?Well, in this school have been many family so I know as this school and any teachers, becouse I like that school and when I was child always wanted study there.
4. How does it feel to be back to school?Well, I feel very happy because can be there and each experience I remember my childhood.

October 02 th , 2009

Today was a great day, because the students were that show their actuation. First I was with 4°C, this was in the first hour and when I got there any children were with their costume of their personages. We went to salon of school, they were very well prepared inclusive they brought things to adorned the scene.
The first group, were good prepared with their costumes and good scene, this group were only girls and the actuation was about dolls that were inside of gift box.
The second group, were only boys, they prepared their scene with chairs, a table, drink, any beers, globes and serpentines, this story was about of avoid the drugs and the alcohol because for this you can die. I like the messenge, this was very intresting.
The third group of only girls, this actuation was more simple, but the students showed enffrontery and a good expresion of their body.
The fourth group, their actuation was very funny, organised and they students knew when had to talk. This group was form for girls and boys. I enjoyed this actuation.
The fifth group of only two girls, presented a story about of the friendship and the solidarity. This messenge was very beautiful.
The sixth group, only boys, this story was about soldiers that fighted for the independence of our country.
In general, the actuations were very well, the students being children, organised a good work.
After, continued the actuations of course 4°B, in the first group their actuation was about Michael Jackson, was a short story but with a goog ideas and dialogue.
The second group, the story was about the detectives, their costumes were beautiful, but these boys forgot their dialogues, they were nervous.
The third group, the boys did a pirates´presentation, but they sometime forgot their dialogues. They were a good costumes and adorned their scene.
The fourth group of only boys, their story was about the gangsters, they had gums and were as true gangsters. Their story was creative and funny.
The fifth group, formed for girls, their costumes were typical clothes, they forgot the dialogue a lot of times, they weren´t well prepared.
The sixth group, formed for two girls, their actuation was simple, but a beautiful actuation, their story was about of children with “cancer”, where the messenge was about the solidarity with these ill people. For me was emotional, this actuation was simple and with a great messenge.
The seventh group, formed for girls, their story was about princesses, but they didn´t show their face and told very lowly.
The eighth and the last group, formed for girls, this actuation was the best, this story was about animals and a tree that was alone. It was beautiful and emotional, they were very well prepared.

I think that the children have a lot of creation and while I can to see them, they surprised me. They are youngers but with great creation and expresion.

October 01 th, 2009

In the first hour, the students work with their books analising a dialogue as example to their actuation, they weren´t nervous. About the teachers are more friendly with me, now I feel more confortable than before, this good and I know that this experience never forget and will a have a great time.
About the class was intresting, the children were more quiet and the teacher, Milsa, I saw her that wasn´t worried for my presence, this is important for me, because I want to have a natural vision of the class.

September 25th, 2009

The children are asking me with more confidence, when I help to them I feel very well and this I enjoy a lot. The students of 4°C are more loving and always remember my name than the students of 4°B, but the students of 4°C are more disquiet that the students of 4°B. In both courses there are very intelligent children, they are nine years old and know many things that I remember before the children didn´t have many information, other point is that the children now can express their thoughts freely, I remember when I was child we couldn´t talk with adults and we were more timid. Now, the children do good questions and good answer.
Today, the students of 4°C and 4°B prepared any group to create a story and expose it in the theatre of school to next week. The students were exited and happies for do their presentation.

September 24th, 2009

Today I was with the course 4°C, the children had to that work in their books, had to read a text, asked any questions of same book and vocabulary. My guide, miss Milsa, is mathematic theacher, but she teachs language so I saw any mistake about the verbs and nouns, for example, in the text was the word “education” where the children had to find the verbs and miss Milsa told that this word is a verb and not a noun, this is a mistake because “education” is a noun and “educate” is a verb. I think that this is great mistake because she not studyed language and the children aren´t learning correctly. For me was a great surprise of know that she isn´t teacher´s language because it is a good school, and the children in the future have excelent result, I have cousins that studyed there and my dear daughter study there too.

September 17th, 2009

Today we celebrated the native country partys so the activities were in the morning to all the school, the students and the teachers were with their typical costume. Every the courses had to participe with any chilean dance, the dances were beautiful and the children were happy and the teacher danced too, the gymnasium was adorned. The activities continued about two hours, I had to look after the children the 3°B and maintain the order during the presentations of the course. After of theses activities every courses had a living together with typical meal of our country. I enjoyed of the activities because the children presented beautiful dances and with beautiful costumes. I saw dedication for the teachers and of the children that participated and the other students were very quiet seeing and enjoying the dances with respect.

September 11th, 2009

Today I was in the 4°C and 4°B, the activities were about analisys of sentences, where the children needed of my help and can to help I am happy. Any students are very loving with me, they remember my name, ask me when come back again, they hug me and I feel very well. During the class, the miss always explain me who are the childre, the special cases and she knows that I am interested for any thing or information that can teach. When I was in the brake, I saw that the children that of the other course remembered of me and lovingly greeted me. They are very diquiet in the brake, they played pin-pon, ran for every place and I could to hear a lot of smiles and lots of screams.

Third day, September 10th, 2009

Today in the course 4°C saw differents change between the students, they were more disquiet than the last class. There was Andrea, she has problems of attention, she didn´t work only when I neared her could finish her ejercises. My guide, Milsa, told me that I had to worry for the disquiet students because they distract to the students that yes work. The important is help the disquiet children and everybody who need my help, because in a course are lots of students. I think about the teacher, Milsa, has attitude and strong voice to pay attention of the students, I like as she teach and about the other teachears, aren´t all friendly especially a miss that when I greet she not answer me, but I don´t worry this because I know that in the future she will change with me.
Today I was alone with the students but I think that my voice isn´t strong so I have to practice and I need to have more domination with the class but the children are respectful with me.

Second day, September 04th, 2009

Today I was with the students of 4°C, they were surprised with my presence and curious because they don´t understand why I was there. When I greeted to them, I told why I was there and they understood me so a boy neared me and he gave the welcome with beautiful words very cordially, the little boy was very polite, I was surprised. Then I sat in the behind of the classroom, they always that finish of write in their books, they look me so the same boy came to me and gave a letters made for three students, I was more surprised than before, late of a moment other student gave a letter too, I was thrilled because I thought that these emotions and letters could be in the finish of the practice. During the class, I could see that the students are participable, they don´t have shame to ask, answerand read. They are litle and sometime aren´t obedient but I think that in the course has a lot of students and sometimes is difficult maintain the order.

After brake, I have to be with the course 4°B, they are more quite than the students of 4°C, they work in silence, but there are a group of disquiet children that I have to be with them to maintain the order and that they can to finish their works, I think the students´4°C are more loving than the students´4°B. During the class, I help to them with ejercises of analisys´sentences.

My first day of practice, September 03th, 2009

In this day, the school is of anniversary so there aren´t class. The teachers and students are with costume. First, I passed to teachers´room, I had a good welcome for them, after we went to classroom, I was with the students of 3 “B” because my guide, miss Milsa, had to be with her students for the activities. The miss Milsa presented me to them and they were very loving with me, anybody gave me any letters of welcome. Then I passed the list and they showed me their costumes and before go out the miss Milsa took photos for group of similar costume while I was talking with any students that approached me and showed their costumes, their costumes were beautiful there were princesses, dolls, superman, soldiers, gladiator, gipsys, witches, etc. Everybody were lucky and with much energy to play. After we went to gymnasium, there were a lot of games, all the courses had a game and sweets, for example hit with a ball to jars, other game that there was angle, one couse painted to children, run with sack, etc. The teacher participated in musical chair, it was very funny, they were happy and beautiful with their costumes, well, only I didn´t have costume, sniff!
I think about the activities were interesting and very funny to children, it was as a diversion park. I was with two girls, they wanted to that I accompany them and that I help with the games. They were loving with me and I felt very well in the first practice day.
